Hampton Inn Hornell

If I could give 10 stars I would. My family and I came home to New York to lay my brother to rest and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. With it being such a difficult time for us EVERYONE here has made it easier for us. I seriously feel like we are staying with family because every person here has went out of their way to make our stay be a good one. It hasn't been just one or two people it's literally every single person from housekeeping to food service to the front desk attendants and definitely the management. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is awesome and there's a big selection to choose from but the overall attitudes and customer service from the staff is AMAZING! Thank you to the Hampton Inn Hornell team for making our stay here so pleasant especially with the reason for our stay being such a difficult time for us! I really hope this company knows what an amazing team they have at the Hampton Inn in Hornell NY!!!

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Niagara Falls. The staff was very kind and welcoming, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious, but unfortunately not as clean as we expected. Our air conditioner wasn’t working properly, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. On the bright side, the breakfast was nice and a good way to start the day

Nice hotel. I like Hampton inns generally because they are usually clean and comfortable. This one was no exception. It was very nice. Great location too with a Wegmans and a Walmart and a bunch of other stores and restaurants next door. Best of all there was a dunks over there too. Should I find myself in Hornell again im gonna stay here

It was our second or third time staying and the place and employees are wonderful and very helpful! Great room, breakfast and situated next to what we needed for our short stay. The only odd thing was that that the pool temperature was freezing! Previous stays it was fine and warm. The very nice front desk lady said they keep it at 80 but it wasn’t the 2 days we were there. I wish someone would have been sent to check it when I mentioned it. Would like to be back soon but I would hope that little issue could be fixed. Thanks!

We stayed here on a single overnight to break up a long trip to Niagara Falls. The hotel was wonderful and immaculate. The reception area was well attended and everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was great especially the waffle making station. Everything was very well kept. The reception even let my daughter pick a toy from a toy chest upon checkout. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. 10/10 !

We stayed here for only one night while we were visiting a local college. The rooms were nicely kept, newer facilities and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located near a local shopping center and is nicely situated near a main road. Overall very nice experience.

My kids and I love staying at this hotel when we visit family in town. The pet friendly rooms are nice and the breakfast and pool are definite bonuses! The staff is always accommodating and James, in particular, go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

I rate hotels that I feel are clean, quiet, and safe as 5.0, because those are my primary requirements. This hotel met my requirements. Room was clean, bright, large. Everything worked as expected. If you're travelling across the southern bit of Western New York it's a fine place to stay. Close enough to Corning, Watkins Glen, lots of outdoor activities at the southern end of the Fingers Lake to be an okay place to stay for a vacation in the region, though it has more the feel of an overnight stop, or business hotel. Level 2 EV charging behind the hotel. Typical hotel breakfast included. Not in a pedestrian friendly area, but shares drive and parking lot with shopping center that you can walk to. Workout room and pool if of interest.
